Please join Joplin Regional Community Foundation in a special day of awareness and giving for the Joplin area on Thursday, July 19, 2018. Eighteen local nonprofit organizations will participate in Give Joplin Day 2018, a one-day online giving campaign hosted by Joplin Regional Community Foundation and the Community Foundation of the Ozarks. Donations to these organizations support important programs and projects in our community, making the Joplin region a better place to live, work, and raise a family.
Starting at 10 AM and running until 6 PM on July 19, secure online donations can be made at www.givejoplin.org
Contributions of $5 or more help these Joplin-area nonprofits not only raise funds but also have the opportunity to win additional cash prizes provided by the Joplin Regional Community Foundation. Donations by cash or check can be made in person on Thursday, July 19 at Panera Bread, 2401 E 32nd St, from noon until 6 PM. the Joplin Regional Community Foundation is providing coffee and treats for individuals stopping by to make a donation. The Joplin Regional Community Foundation oversees nearly $5.9 million in assets as of March 31, 2018. It is an affiliate of Community Foundation of the Ozarks, which has total assets of $285 million. The JRCF has distributed more than $38 million back into the area since its inception in 2006.
